In the odd case that you do not love your Johny Silver products, here is our policy on returns
Refunds Will Be Done In The Following Case:
- Genuine quality issues, product got damaged in transit.
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case Johny Silver discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a live video of the damaged product with the Bar Code intact within 72 hours of receiving your order. Then it is up to the discretion of the Johny Silver care team to decide whether the product is approved for return
Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us
Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing with all Barcodes, tags and coupons
Johny Silver will replace the items free of charge. We will refund the purchase price of the product and the shipping charges if you want. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging and it has gone through the necessary quality checks
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations.

Please be patient in the processing of exchanges, since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Johny Silver. But we're a practically and customer friendly team
- We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
- Return not accepted if Customer does not like the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
- Return not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
- The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. This will also not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable
- Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition or without Barcode or Tampered Barcode
Cancellations
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours Before Dispatch of placing the order by contacting us at : johnysilver718@gmail.com We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.
- If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by accept Johny Silver decision regarding the cancellation.
